80: Welcome Party

The person in charge of greeting and getting the delegates settled was the Second Prince, Timothy. He was someone heavily involved in international politics and trade so he was more familiar with the delegation from other nations. However, since the people of Polivia were very conservative and liked to keep to themselves, his standing was lower than his sister's.
