Chapter 106 Even When They’re Standing By Each Other’s Side

Caleb's phone rang while her mind was racing. It was Sebastian Quinn who called.

Caleb left dinner early to attend a last-minute conference call, but there was nothing he could do at that point since he was still stuck. He told Sebastian to get ready to hold the meeting on his behalf.

Sebastian was his right-hand man, and it was not the first time he had taken his place in a meeting, so he had everything ready relatively quickly.

Caleb's expression was indifferent. Even though he was trapped in a confined space, he acted as though he was in his backyard. He did not show the slightest sign of panic.

"Mr. Fergerson, I've talked to Zane Sulivan and made it clear that Ms. Sullivan should stop doing needless things."

Caleb nodded and felt irritated at the thought of her promising Winston that she was going to have a baby.

"Did the business development team stop the Sullivans’ project?"

Penny, who was standing next to him, froze. She thought that she heard him wrong.
