93. Sacred Reality

LEO POV

"To be honest, it is quite dangerous to have an abortion at her stage. She's in her second trimester," Dr. Fred said.

"I need you to conduct a test. I can't follow mere words. I need evidence," I said to the doctor then turned to face Emily. "You can't force a child on me. I won't allow it," I said.

The doctor had Emily sit on a chair to calm her down as she cried endlessly. I could not stand her tears so I moved out of the room. My guard stood behind as I sat on the chair in the hallway. Then a nurse walked in and Emily was taken to the examination room. As she threw a glance at me, all I could see in her eyes was hate. My emotions were getting the better of me but I could not be swayed. She was the architect of all the problems. She started it. I was not the bad guy. I only had priorities and a sudden pregnancy out of the blues was out of the question. I waited for a few minutes before the results were out.
