CHAPTER FORTY NINE

ALPHA DEREK'S POV

I sat in my chamber, waiting patiently for Lisa to arrive, I had asked the messenger to go get her. I knew one thing for a fact, she would never agree to come to my chamber or room, without being sure whether I had truly sent for her. I was trying to swallow all my anger towards her, I didn't want to pour out too much on her, I had already hurt her enough.

In no time the door to my chamber made a slight noise, it was a knock from outside, so I asked that whoever it was that was knocking come in.

The door opened gently and my messenger walked in, Lisa following behind him. Her head was bowed, and her both hands folded behind her back, she was trying to avoid eye contact with me.

Lisa stopped exactly in front of the day, she didn't want to go any further.

"Come in", I ordered her, trying not to sound too harsh on the poor thing.

She walked into the room, her legs were shaking and her hands were not left out, the sight in front of me was ridiculous but I wasn't in
