CHAPTER TWENTY EIGHT

SALLY'S POV

it's been a month now since Sarah and I cancelled the escape plan, it was of no use in the first place, so we decided to cancel it. I wouldn't leave my mom at alpha Derek's mercy, at least not now.

Alpha Derek had changed completely towards me, he had become so brutal and merciless. He would always sleep with other women in the pack, he always had one reason or the other to scold me or belittle me, he would bring me to the dining table and force me to sit and it with him, while other women would flock around him giving him a massage while he ate.

It irritated me, not because I cared about whatever he decided and does with his life, but because an act of immorality pulled out in front of me gives me goosebumps. My life was getting messy every other day and every other day I get a new reason to take my own life. I was getting miserable by the day and the only option whenever I thought about it was suicide.
