Megan thought Alpha Murphy was kidding when he said she wouldn't spend the night with him, but she soon found out he was dead serious, as he instructed the maids to prepare a separate room for her. It seemed he was already pushing her away.

The next morning, Alpha Murphy called Beta Hogan down to his office to talk about the Matron and Megan's case as they hadn't had the time to talk about it for a while due to other pressing duties.

"I made some progress." Beta Hogan said.

"Okay, tell me about it." Alpha Murphy said.

"I went to a house next to the coffee shop, and luckily, there was a CCTV camera, so I went through the footage and I got something." Beta Hogan said and Alpha Murphy stared at him with keen interest.

"So this girl called Blair owns the house. According to her, the CCTV was installed by her ex-boyfriend, whom she called David and they are both humans. Well, I think David set the shop on fire because the man in the footage wore a black hood, which Blair said David had, an
