Chapter 55

Beta Hogan stood at a corner as Blair's body was lowered into the ground. The coffin made scraping sounds as it touched the sand.

Alpha Murphy, the pack elders and a few other people stood watching, they were all donned in black attires and they had their black umbrellas up as it was slightly drizzling.

Blair had no family members; there was no one to claim her body except Beta Hogan who was her boyfriend.

Alpha Murphy turned to stare at Beta Hogan who had been staring into space. He had been in that condition for three days. With the injuries on her body, it was obvious she was strangled and stabbed.

But, by whom? Alpha Murphy went to talk to the Beta.
