"Thank you," the Alpha said, his voice choking with emotion. "I need to know if any of you have seen or heard anything about his disappearance."

The council members looked at each other, shaking their heads. "We have heard nothing," one of them said. "But we will send out our warriors to search for him."

"I have already sent out my own warriors," the Alpha said. "But I fear it may not be enough."

"They have returned already, and from the look of things, Alpha, they don't have him." One of the men chipped in.

Another council member spoke up. "There are rumors that Alpha Uther has been causing trouble in the neighboring territories. It's possible that Liam has been taken by him."

The council members scowled at the suggestion. "That's an insult to suggest that werewolves could defeat our kind in any way," one of them said.

The Alpha nodded, his expression serious. "I understand your concern, but I cannot ignore any possibility. I need to find my son and bring him home."
