I have never met the head of the guild in person and even though I am quite curious of who the person may be, a part of me clearly knows that I am not even entirely sure if truly I want to know. I have a feeling that I would definitely be surprised but there are times in life that ignorance is truly a gift and it may be better to kept in the dark at times.

Now that I have read the contents of the letter, I know better than any one that the safest thing for me to do is to act according to his wishes as soon as possible. There is nothing that I will ever benefit from making such a powerful man angry. He could easily take all of this away from this with a blink of an eye and no one would even question it.

I turn to my butler and he gives me a nod as well. It did prove useful to have him read the letter with me as well.
