Everything was changed. There was no longer a fifteen-year-old kid with blonde hairs almost reaching his eyes and a face of exquisite innocence.
Instead, sitting in front of me was a guy who at the moment can kill me with his bare hands. Probably two or three inches taller, his face looked rugged with the overgrown unkempt beard and deep lines covered his forehead. He looked beaten yet so strong that it took me a moment to realize that he was my brother.

I blinked and grumbled as something bright fell on my eyes. It made my head hurt like crazy and I groaned loudly before forcing myself to open my eyes. The bright light almost blinded me and I quickly covered my eyes with my hand and dragged myself into a sitting position. It felt better, so I removed my hand and stared around. Bright sunlight poured into my room and I could hear voices chattering downstairs. I rubbed my eyes and then concentrated on my surrounding. It was my room undoubtedly but there was something wrong. "Your welcome!" Sean shouted as soon as I climbed down the stairs. He was sitting down on the dining table eating breakfast with utter delight. Anything that Kristen does always delights him. For the first time, our gigantic apartment appeared tiny and it pleased me enormously. We looked like a small, happy family together.
