More trouble

I recite the healing spell many times.

I could feel the energy seep from my hands and into her body. I felt weak but I continued. I think from the way I was feeling I knew how it works. It was why Sir Franklin wanted a very powerful mage or witch from her Coven.

I was giving her part of my energy. To heal Nyx, my energy will be drained.

I didn't care, as I had already started and wanted to finish it. The wounds began to heal slowly. I kept on repeating the incantation, and with it, my energy seeped out of me.

Finally, it healed, but I was too weak to get up. I almost fell but Gabriel was close enough to hold on to me. Orion was with the twins. He saw what was happening and immediately took me from Gabriel and carried me in his arms. I wasn't unconscious but I was too weak to react to anything that was said. My vision is blurry.
