Chapter 62

"Mother!?" Both of the women could only stare in disbelief. 

"Thanks Bruiser." Collen whispered through the doorway to his friend who had brought over Kendra's mother. As John also gave Collen an envelope.

"I'm a security specialist. Not a private detective! Next time you need someone found, call someone else!" Bruiser protested. Though he would never admit it. After hearing the details through text message he was more then happy to help the mother and daughter reconnect.

"Hey you're getting paid one way or another. More then your normal rate might I add!" Collen hissed back through the doorway.

"Okay Okay, Well I'll catch you later man."

"See ya. And Bruiser.... Thanks again. It may not have felt like much to you, but your actions will have meant the world to two women." 

"Yea yea." Bruiser called out waving his hand goodbye. Though as he was leaving he had a giant satisfied grin on his face. He had done his good deed for the year
