The person who kicked open the door was a pale young man appearing around seventeen—the same youth Frank saw earlier in the backseat of the black Benz.

He strode in, glancing between the half-dead Lauren in bed, and then at the medicine his sister was carrying.

His face fell right then, and he strode up to slap his sister across the face!

"You bitch!" he bellowed. "I told you not to waste money on that piece of shit! So why did you buy more medicine, huh?!"

As Kali clutched her cheek and fell, the youth snatched the medicine from Kali's grasp. He flung it on the floor and crushed it repeatedly under his foot before clobbering Kali. "Fuck you! Do you think it's easy for dad to make money?! And you're still wasting money on that dying piece of shit?! Do you think we're that rich?!"
