Soulless

Someone had killed Alex and used a forbidden spell to make my soul leave my body. That could only mean one thing that someone was trying to take control before Alex had re-married. I only knew this because my mom had told me about a forbidden spell that could be used when two Gods had a soul bond and one of the souls died or lost connection somehow.

As soon as the soul lost connection someone would start up the forbidden spell causing the soul missing it's other half to leave the Gods body to go and search for the missing half. The soul would become lost searching forever for the connection it longs for. Unless I got lucky which was rare, I would be soulless forever. Someone could control me and I wouldn't be able to do nothing because I would be a shell of myself. Emotionless.

The only solution is death. The two parts of me would reconnect. My life would be meaningless unless I killed myself.
