Chapter Thirty Seven: Parted Ways
The man was surprised when Elize showed up. He's been looking for Elize, probably looking for the car. He was also surprised as Elize was alone.
Elize turned around. "It looks safe, wait, you looked into the mirror?" The man frowned at her. "I just thought maybe because you see yourself, you look dangerous."
Crow smirked. "What do you mean, Rogue?"
The two looked at one another for a moment and, at the same time, took out a weapon and pointed it at one another. Lucian stood beside Crow unknowingly.

Crow was grinding his teeth, not knowing she knew what he was up to. "What the hell is wrong with you? You're always on one side," says Elize.

Elize and Gavin were staring at a bed. They stayed in a motel to hide from those who were following them. Elize sat up in bed, and one by one removed the gun from both her legs. The knives in both his arms. "Wow, you're not ready," said Gavin, unable to believe the weapons hidden in Elize's body. "I'll take a shower. Be careful," said Elize "Tss, okay," said Gavin Elize was taking a bath, and Gavin was sitting on the bed while Gavin was watching TV. He could still hear the splash of water from the shower. Gavin smiled. He noticed that the door lock was moving. He immediately stabbed Elize's gun and a knife under the pillow, then he hid behind the door and opened it. The three men entered then he closed the door again. From inside the bathroom, crashes can be heard from outside. Elize turned and listened from the bathroom door. Using Gavin's car they fled to its condo unit. Elize was driving. Gavin was sitting in the passenger seat and Lucian was in the back seat.
