I abruptly sat up in my bed. The whole room was shrouded in darkness making me feel like I was trapped in a trance of some sort.

For the last few days, I'd been having constant dreams of my childhood.

I felt something wet land on the fabric atop my laps, touching it then my face..... I'd just realized I'd been crying.

Crying in my sleep?

I smiled mildly to myself.

The room was deadly cold..... I was cold. "Hello?". My voice echoed back to be.
