After Ryan

It had been two weeks since Ryan came to school so when he showed up in the classroom, Lily couldn't believe her eyes. She wondered where he had gone before and why he was just coming. Her entire body trembled with excitement and she wanted to go and hug him but she couldn't. The teacher was in the class, there was no way she could stand and go and hug him.

She listened back in the class but she couldn't concentrate as much as she wanted to. She was eager to know what had happened to him and why he had not been in class for more than two weeks.
