David did as Valentino said and confronted his mother. Rosa was getting angry with her child who interfered in her love affairs. 

"You know, David. How does it feel to be a single mother for you and pay for all your needs from when you were a child to you grow up? It's hard, David. You think it's an easy thing? stop it? You're an ignorant child, David. I'm sorry that I gave birth to you," said Rosa cruelly.
