My heartbeat pounded in my ears. When the executive stated that the King needed my presence in the King and Queen's quarters, I panicked. Mitchalus has time and time again pointed out he had no interest in sleeping in the same quarters. This was the main reason we avoided this area. It was not meant for us. Which would explain my nervousness.

Mitchalus was not the type of person to change his mind out of the blue. He would fight it until I submitted. However, before he did no such thing. Instead, he helped my ruined Kingdom to go under construction. It had to mean he accepted where we were and decided to let me go. For some odd reason, I was heartbroken. It was a much more wrenching feeling than anything else.

Mitchalus gave up. It should have made me happy. All I ever wanted was to be rid of this Kingdom and ruled in mine. Now, Mitchalus was giving me the chance to do so and it was like my world was ending.
