I woke this morning and went to Adrian's room. But he wasn't there. I changed and went for training downstairs and Blaze wasn't there. Just Adrian. So, I asked Adrian

"Why is Blaze not here?" he was doing something and he said without looking at me

"Good morning talk bird" I felt embarrassed for not greeting first

"Good morning stranger...so can you answer my question now?" he stopped what he was doing and said turning around

"Why did you call me stranger?"

"Because you are." he came close to me and said

"Blaze is on a break I gave him...today it's just you and I..no work. Actually. It's good you gave me that name. Because today...I'm going to treat you like the stranger you say I am." I gulped and he chuckled. and started walking towards the door pass me. The next thing I heard was the door locking. and my heart skipped. 

"So. you want to punish me for the state you put me in!?" I said and he came from behind and whispered to my hear

"Point of correction. The state you. put yourself in" and my breath started rising. which he saw and whispered

"I love it when I'm the reason. You feel this way. It's then you know... you don't dare to disobey my orders and go free" he said and I closed my eyes. As I fell him moving away from me.

"Do you still remember the time I said. The next time you. Do something silly...you'll have to fight me to go free? Guess what!? That time has come and the time is now!" he said and I opened my eyes.

"You came to train, right?... Come over lets train" he said and I bit my lower lip hard..I came closer and said

"You know well I can't fight nor win you. So, what's the point"

"Billie. I'm running out of patients. Don't make me use the hard way." he said and I nodded saying

"Ok.

let's do this." but then I realized, he was in a circle and I was out..I

furrowed my brows. He saw it and said

"I'm going to be in this circle. While you struggle to get in because

I'll be hindering you to get in. So, you'll have to get me out of it--" he didn't complete his statement when I said

"Are you kidding me? Why the hell will I struggle to get in the circle. What's in the circle that will make me struggle to get in?" he chuckled and said

"Calm down talk bird..I haven't completed my statement. you seem exited for this. You should be asking what's out of the circle that will push you to go in" I narrowed my eyes and asked

"what's... out of the circle?"

"Do you see this place we're in? If you look at around.

it's grown material is different from the others. So, in some seconds this place will be extremely hot from the bottom except for this circle. If you want to stay alive, you'll have to hit me hard to get in here. cause two people can't be in this circle. It's good you're bare fitted." he said and I looked at my feet..I have nothing on..I thought of backing out. So, I said

"I can't do this." I said and was about to leave when immediately I tried to Crosse the line..I felt an invisible thing hit me hard like a current. I fell on the floor..I didn't realize I was bleeding on my forehand. I groaned in pain as Adrian said

"Even if I told you. the was something there, you could still have gone stubbornly. That's why I let you experience the pain. And testify for yourself. And I bet I can see the results." I looked at him gritted teeth. After which I started feeling the floor hot..I got up immediately and he said

"Remember I told you. In some seconds this place will heat up! The training has started or should I say fight!? put it your own way" I was breathing hard as the floor heated up the more.

I had to push him to get in the circle but...I couldn't. he was too strong. I tried over as its temperature increased. My legs where burning as I screamed and cried.

"Adri..an.. please stop it..I can't." 

"Hit me harder Billie. You can do this. Don't give up" he said

And I did but, to no avail. My legs started getting weak. As I held him for support. I bet my flesh peeled off..I was sweating so much.

"I. Can't.. I.. can't" I said and was about falling. when he held me and offed the heater? We went out of that place as he laid me on the floor. Still in the training room. And he laid beside me and said nervously

"look at me." and I did look at the side struggling to open my eyes.

"Don't you ever do that again. Okay?" he said and I nodded my head. He looked at me in the eyes. And I saw concern in his eyes. After which he said.

"Common. Let me get you out of here." he carried me in a bridal style and went upstairs. laid me on my bed. 

He went, took ice block and pressed my feet as I cried in pain.

"Shh.

it's okay. I'll take it slow" he began pressing it slower than before.

When he finished pressing my feet's, he applied a rube there. And laid down next to me.

"Is it better?" he asked almost like a whisper and I said

"Yeah. a little" We stared at each other for some time. After which I felt dizzy and slept off with him still laid by my side.

When I carried her to her room, I laid her on the bed. She was so soft and fragile. I pressed her feet with ice bloc and massaged her feet with a rube.

After which I laid by her side on her bed..I intentionally made her go to sleep in my gaze because I knew she'll find it difficult due to the pain she feels. I swore I would never hurt her again. I'm such a beast sometimes. But, hence forth..I denounce that beast. I can't

bear to see her in pain again even though she gets me really mad. Damn!!

I just laid there and watch her sleep peacefully. After sometime, she turned and faced me in her sleep. Since she had to move her legs in the process, she hummed in her sleep. So, I placed my hands on her coyly dark hair. And was playing with it as she hummed again liking my action. 

My body was still facing the roof while she laid her head on my arm. As I kept playing with her hair. After some hrs., she got up. And I turned my head to the side. Looking in her eyes from down. While she looked at me from up. And I said almost like a whisper

"This was the longest nap I've ever seen you taken in the day" she blinked her eyes severally. So,

I said again raising my brows

"Have you lost your view all of a sudden?"..she smiled and shook her head..

" I'm sorry talk bird." I said still playing her hair. She looked at me and lowered eyes and said 

"I hate you." still didn't lift her eyes.

"You know, I know you don't... and remember. You called me a stranger. So,

I'm not more that stranger. I'm Adrian." She lifted her eyes to me. And we stared at each other deep in the eyes. I felt like I just saw her soul and through her eyes. 

It's then I saw her pain from the past and what happened that she. sealed her heart. I could feel her heart beat. She seemed at peace right now. 

My eyes left hers and moved to her lips involuntarily.

My phone rang immediately which snapped us from our trance.
