Hurtful discovery

The next morning , Sloan woke up quite early with groggy eyes ,she was worried sick ,she ties her scarf over her face after having a warm bath Hailey had prepared for her .

She put on a short black gown and settled on the couch waiting for Rocky the gardener, she had given him her pearl shaped earrings in a napkin , she was quite tired that evening to retire upstairs so she had given it to him to keep it in her jewelry box since all the maids were busy and he was the only one doing nothing while she takes a stroll with her husband who prepared a romantic surprise later that night.

“ ding ding ” The door bell rang

“ Come in ” Sloan ordered

“ Good morning ma'am ” Rocky greeted taking a slight bow , he was on a baggy joggers and a vest

“ ummm .... " She responded

“ on my wedding anniversary last week I recalled giving you my pear shaped earrings in a napkin to keep it in my jewelry box , I can't find it ” Sloan said bating her lashes
