Small Argument

Lucas and Aria had a small argument because Aria didn't want to be too restrained. She wanted freedom, which he needed most in her life.

"I'll be fine, let me and Megan enjoy some free time even if it's for a bit, OK?" Aria reassured Lucas. He didn't get out of his car before Lucas agreed with his words. He had let Lucas accompany him, but not by making Lucas follow in his footsteps.

Lucas glanced out the car window; he saw Megan waiting for Aria at the coffee shop. There was no one there besides Megan. The atmosphere was not what Lucas had imagined. It was just a hunch, which made him guard Aria even more tightly.

“Alright!” Lucas relented

Aria showed a happy smile; she got out of the car without feeling the suffocation she felt. Lucas just stared at Aria from a distance and let her enjoy her time.
