CHAPTER FORTY-TWO

Turstin, ran to Amelia whose motionless body lay beside her black stallion. He shook her and she was out. He was worried for her as much as her baby.

“Get the old woman,” Sorren sounded broken. Turstin looked back at the nonchalant Adelard, he seemed unconcerned for her or the baby he claimed to own just a few moments ago.

“What the hell have you done?” Turstin jumped at his brother. Adelard pushed him off to the side, narrowly escaping the sharp claws of the white gigantic wolf. Adelard howled loudly as he changed his form into a brown and white wolf. The two wolves started to attack each other, and the battle between the two of them became fierce, no one dared to intervene. Their whimpers could be heard even outside the castle. They fought for a while both inflicting pain on each other, with a few bites and cuts; but nothing insignificant. Though they were furious with each other, it was like they did not want to hurt their blood so badly, either way; both of them wanted to tea
