18: Godfried

 It was instant. The bond shattering like glass. Though it had been faint for years, the link between father and son never faded a single bit. His breath caught in his throat and his heart thundered in his ears. It was only for a second before his heart settled back to an steady rhythm once more and he was able to breathe normally again. He glanced around the hallway, grateful that no eyes were directed his way while he adjusted his tie and continued forward.

 Now there were two.

"Alpha Godfried." A sweet voice caught his ears from behind him. He glanced over his shoulder to peer back and find Jade, the Dark Witch that had accompanied him for years running up to him with an excited smile on her red deviled lips. His eyes swept over her as she approached him, taking in her tight black lacey skirt that exposed her snow white skin and a blood red corset that pushed up her petite breasts. She was delightful to look at, easy on the eyes, bu
