It was a day well spent for both Boss Dar and Gerthel. They had a sumptuous meal during lunchtime in one of the fine dining restaurants inside the mall and in the evening they had their dinner in a restaurant by the bay.

"Dar, thank you for spending time with me. I know, you are a busy man, yet you took a time off from your work to be with me," Gerthel said while looking into Boss Dar with a bright smile. They were in front of the door of Gerthel’s room.

“No need to say thank you, Gerthel because I wanted to be with you too.” He cupped her face and looked at her tenderly.

Gerthel almost giggled as she heard what he said. “Goodnight then,” she said in her daintiest voice.

“Rest well for tonight. Goodnight,” he said before he kissed her deeply and left her.

Gerthel followed his back with her loving look until he reached his room and got inside. She smiled; feeling so light and bubbly, she entered her room too.
