From the start, Arthur had no intention of involving himself into In Ha's life.
He burned all the evidence linking the woman to him. He was afraid that, if one day the time came to confront her again, it would not be more appropriate for those people to search the house and find evidence that if there was anyone other than him, then she too would be dragged away.
