Scene 76 : Six (2)

In Ha took Six back to the slum where he lives. The boy asked her to stop some distance away, because the carriage would not be able to enter. He waved and said goodbye. But who would have thought that Lilian, Anna and Edmund came down to follow him.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

In Ha put an index finger to her lips. Six frowned. Only then did he become aware of his surroundings. The usually crowded slum area became so quiet.

He didn't even hear the pathetic laughter that could be heard all over the place. Six had a bad feeling. He rushed to his house.
