Scene 96 : Heartbeat (3)

"You should spare a single here." Adam reminded them over and over again, which Alex responded with a click on his tongue.

"Then look for a partner for yourself!"

They finally argued and ended up betting on a drink.

In Ha just watched them silently. Her forehead creased slightly. She did come with Arthur, as a friend. But they seemed to think she and him were a couple.

Anna was not bothered by Adam and Alex's banter and focused on her notepad. Sometimes, her eyes glanced at the other woman.

In Ha turned to Arthur. His drink had not run out since earlier, it seemed like he was drinking it bit by bit.

"Is it delicious?" In Ha didn't have time to order anything because everything was already on the table when they arrived.

"You want taste it?" Arthur offered. To his surprise, In Ha nodded. Arthur held out his glass and she took a sip from where his lips touch before. His heartbeat stopped then flung to his throat. 

"It's swee
