It was now the third day, and I think that Zara’s heat is finally easing off. When we first found Zara, and I heard about the abuse and rape, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Then when we marked each other, I knew usually a newly marked she-wolf goes into heat within a month. When it didn’t happen, I saw it as a blessing because, at that time, I knew she was nowhere near being ready for that.

Then when we fully mated and completed our bond, I wasn’t sure what to expect, would she go into heat now? Or what would happen? We have been together sexually, and she seems to love it when we are together.
