I hardly slept all night. I would be lying if I said I didn't have a bad feeling about this meeting today . Having so many Alphas in one area is asking for trouble . That's before we get to the witches and covens , I know Red is slightly stressed about it . Haggen had said to me yesterday , the only one who seems calm is my mate .

Since last night she has a strange calmness about her , it's a bit worrying but I need to trust her . Onix said our mates are strong and to trust them . The thing is I do trust them but the thought of anything happening to them has had me awake all night .

It was the first night in a long time she didn't have a nightmare , not even a small one . I guess that's something to be grateful for , watching her go through that night after night breaks my heart everytime . She has gone through so much in her short life. Sometimes I wonder how she hasn't let the darkness fully consume her .
