The mission was tough

   Stephan and Harper stopped in their tracks. The voice that came from the living room was of Joseph's. They thought they were hearing things so, they went to check in the living room. Both Harper and Stephan were shocked when they saw Joseph sitting on the couch with a packet of chips in his hands. He was nibbling on chips as if nothing had happened.

   Stephan became angry and shouted, "You brat. Where have you been all this time? You didn't even contact any of us for once. We were so worried for you."

   "I-" Joseph was interrupted by Harper, "Yes, Stephan is right. We were about to go and send a letter to Nathan because we couldn't contact you."

   "I was-" Joseph was again interrupted by Stephan, "Why are you so quiet? Tell us, where were you? Why didn't you tell us you were already here? You should have announced that you came home."
