Lucien's POV

We finally pull up in the house and find Natasha and her mother outside, they have something in their hands “what’s going on, says this?” I ask curiously.

“We went into town to get some supplies for Annabella” Natasha answers honestly.

I try to tell Natasha that she shouldn't have gone into town, that it was too risky. But she just rolls her eyes and tells me not to be so dramatic. I'm about to argue with her, when I notice the look on Alphana's face. She's clearly worried, and I know she must share my concerns. I sigh, knowing it's no use to keep arguing with Natasha. I just hope we all stay safe.
