CHAPTER 56 

Gabriel spent most of his time at the bar after work before he headed home. Home to his lonely big house. He opened the door and entered into the darkness. He turned the switch on and the light came on. He dropped his suitcase at the couch and walked straight into his room.

These days, the silence and loneliness of his own house was becoming quite obvious to him. He didn't use to care....it never used to matter. But after 24 hours in Cynthia's company, all these suddenly started to make itself known. 

Hunger. He was hungry.

He removed his work clothes and made his way to his kitchen. The large kitchen was rarely used and almost empty. He came out of it and walked to his fridge.
