Feelings

It was an experience that would make for a good conversation with friends, but Elvin didn't think he would be inclined to tell anybody about this. It was unbelievable, and it was his joy, not theirs. No need to make anyone feel nosy about what he was experiencing.

"Every company is feeling it, Elvin," Charles said over the phone. "Were you able to meet with the representative of the Green Height the day before the lockdown?"

"I didn't see anyone," Elvin said. "Did the company get any notice that they were already there?"

"Not exactly. Just that, Green Height said their representative would be there at a particular time. Did you get there at the exact time?"

"Yes. I did. I waited, but I saw no one, but..." his voice
