Thirteen - Finding Kiara

"I know you," her soft tired voice whispered before her lids closed finally but not to the dark abyss she always finds herself in she felt conscious but weak.

She only closed her eyes because she felt weak to her bones and could not lift a finger to save her life if she was in any danger.

Being practical, she was in danger. She was in an unknown location with a beautiful stranger. His soft brown eyes floated in her head with her eyes closed.

She had no idea who he was or might be and why he is with her.

She was supposed to feel cautious around him considering they share no familiarity whatsoever but she loved how she was temporarily gathered in his arms. His presence basking her in comfort, she felt weirdly secure with someone she is supposed to be wary of.

Warm big hands fondled her cheeks as if trying to wake her up. She flicked her lids open but they only ended up half-lidded and tried to close back once more. She is met with his familiar eyes, they stared down at her with co
