Will’s POV
It had fallen silent in the car, all you could hear was the witch's heavy breathing from the back of the car. Luna TJ’s news had shocked both Alpha Erik and I, what did the Moon Goddess mean by her destiny?. I didn’t have the heart to tell Erik, that it could not have meant their mate bond because technically, they had already completed the bonding, even if Luna TJ was missing the mark Alpha Erik had given her.
I glanced in the rear-view mirror, Alpha Erik was deep in thought and Luna TJ was absentmindedly looking out the window, appearing to be avoiding the conversation.
The Witch in the back groaned in pain, clearly coming around to her senses. Alpha Erik had strapped her wound up to stop her completely bleeding out, as much as I hated what she was doing to our pack and wanted her dead, Alpha and Luna’s mate bond needed fixing.
