Keerthi groaned in frustration, finding a dress for her date. No. Dinner.
A black dress caught her attention,as she took it from her closet. It was too bold for a first date,she thought.
But she wanted to look hot tonight.
She threw caution out, as she went to change. She was glad her parents in law and Vihan weren't at home. It would have been embarrassing facing them with her attire.
She wanted to stun her husband though.
Keerthi stood in front of her closet too shy to go out, where Vikram was waiting.
"Are you going to come out today?", Vikram hated waiting.

Keerthi woke up to find herself nestled in her husband's embrace,one broad arm around her shoulders, and the other under his head. Vikram saw his wife emerging out of the washroom in the same clothes she had worn yesterday as she fussed around the room. Keerthi frantically searched for her boots around. She just didn't want to show her legs off. The intimacy with her husband in the morning left her too embarrassed. Vikram was disappointed to see his wife's legs covered when he glanced at her. It was just after five when the couple reached home. Keerthi jumped into the shower immediately. She felt the soothing water wash over her as she hummed to herself. She felt good spending time with her husband,despite minor disagreements. They had spent some time with the family after dinner, before retiring to their room,calling it a night. Keerthi gazed at her shorts longingly. Though she was desperate to wear them,she didn't want Vikram to feel she was trying anything. She wasn't. It was just too hot. Keerthi yawned as she switched the TV on. She wanted to keep herself occupied while she waited for her husband. It was after eleven thirty already. She adjusted the cushion under her shoulders, shuffling random channels. Vikram was surprised to see his wife asleep on the couch, with the television running when he came home. He switched the TV off, as he went to take a warm shower. He changed quietly, flexing his arms as he sat in front of his wife,on the table in front of the couch,observing her. He tucked a loose strand behind her ear, getting a clearer view of her face,his finger tips lingering on her ear lobule. He didn't feel tired though it was past midnight. He stared at his wife for a while more,when he saw her moving her neck,scrunching her face.
