Keerthi was stunned when she climbed out of the car.

Vikram seemed to have brought her to a private villa overlooking the lake,the entrance of the house and the lake illuminated with lanterns.

The view was breathtaking,away from the city,it's noise and pollution. The sight was serene.

"Wow", Keerthi breathed,"It looks amazing."

"Come on", Vikram grabbed his wife's hand.

The inside of the house looked warm and homey,the house situated a little above the ground level. There was a side of the wall with only windows overlooking the lake,the lanterns softly glowing.

Keerthi jumped, wrapping an arm around her husband's neck when he lifted her bridal style. She looked at him, blushing at his intense gaze.

Vikram only put his wife down when they reached the room.

Keerthi was lowered as her feet touched a soft plushed carpet. The room looked straight out of a fairy tale. There were scented candles illuminated, giving the room a dull glow and a seductive fragrance. There was a bed in the middle
