Chapter 6

Her heart was crying,she just wanted to go to her husband.

She wanted to make her husband up.

Suddenly the Mason went to Larena and tried to pull Larena forcefully and from the other hand, he grabbed her hair.

Rylan cried when he saw the condition of his love.

 He cursed himself for not being able to protect her.

When Mason touched her hair, Rylan wanted to stand up and kill him right then and there. And finally, after a few efforts, he stood up.

Rylan stood up and said angrily," Leave my Larena!! No one has a right to touch her!!"

Mason smirked and said, "Shut up!! You are nothing now!"

Larena saw Rylan and tried to smile at him, even though she was in deep pain, just because her husband was suffering from so much pain by seeing her in pain. 

It was the last smile that Larena gave to Rylan. Her smile was like a dying flower, who was about to wither away! He could sense that she was saying goodbye to him!

And this feeling of Rylan was very accurate.

The next moment, Mason hit her head and took out the gem out of her forehead. She shrieked in pain and fell down.

Larena fell down and her body was converted into a statue with no soul!!

Rylan was full of anger and sorrow! He wanted to convert into a werewolf but he couldn't because of his broken leg.

Mason finally got what he had wanted. He wanted to run with the gem and leave the Kingdom of Rylan as soon as possible. Because Rylan was still there and he was not easily defeated!

He started to run.

Soon the priest came into the queen's room where all the things took place!

The priest was shocked to find Rylan in this worst condition!

He started to motivate Rylan to take back the gem.

"My King! You can’t just sit back and wait for your dead to arrive! You have to bring the Gem back, otherwise, it will be even more disastrous and the people of your Kingdom will die one by one!"

The priest reminded him about his kingdom and his people. But no matter what and how he tried to make him understand. He was not ready to come out of his grievance! He did not want to live anymore!

Suddenly, a soul appeared in front of Rylan. It was Larena, his wife.  He was happy to see her and wanted to follow her but she said "Rylan! You are the King and you are full of responsibilities! You should go back to your duties! Just do what needs to be done!"

Hearing her words he said as his tears fell out of his eyes "What’s the use of this life and Kingdom for me when there is no you!"

He sounded extremely sad and broken! Hearing his words Larena said "What’s done is done Rylan. I really don’t want you to be like this! I want to meet you in my next life once again and in my, each lives… I only want to have you as my husband" 

She promised Rylan that they will meet again in the next life if he would take good care of her soulless statue!

After seeing and listening to Larina once again, He stood up to fight for her and for his love of the kingdom and their people. God knows from where he got so much motivation, maybe this was what is known as the power of Love!

He shouted loudly and converted himself into a big giant werewolf.

The priest said to the Werewolf King, "Your power will not work as Mason has crossed our border of the kingdom."

He did make his decision to fight back but by then it was too late and Mason had already taken the part of his heart! So, his power was weakened and he could do nothing!

The Royal priest continued,

"There is not much time left! Even if you tried to catch him in this condition, you won’t be able to and there are only 10 minutes left. If the gem will not be brought back in those ten minutes then It will not be easy to save our kingdom and the people here!

Rylan turned back into his human form and he asked the royal priest, "What should I do to protect my kingdom and statue of Larena." He was really very afraid! He had lost his love but now he did not want to lose his kingdom! He was barely controlling himself at the moment and was trying hard to stand strongly!

The priest said, "If you want to protect your kingdom, you have to pay for it!"

Once again to save his kingdom he had to sacrifice! He had made thousands of sacrifices till now and one more would do nothing harmful to him!

He thought to himself and said to the Royal Priest!

Rylan Said, "I am ready."

Hearing him the priest nodded and started telling him the way to save his kingdom!

The priest said," You have to sacrifice your life by giving your heart to protect your kingdom!"

Rylan asked the priest," How can my heart protect the kingdom."

The priest said, "If you give your heart, it will convert into a gem.

From the power of this gem, I will nullify the power of the gem which was stolen by Mason."

The king went to the balcony and looked outside, there were his people, some dead and some damaged.

Mothers, children, and wives were crying for their loved ones.

And he lost in thought of Larena, his first meeting, his marriage, etc.

Lastly, he thought about Mason's behavior toward Larena.

Suddenly he got goosebumps because he imagined the condition of his kingdom when Mason would rule over it.

He closed his eyes and prayed for the happiness of the kingdom.

The priest said, ``King, Hurry up! We don't have that much time."

Rylan said, "yes! Yes, I am ready, I will give my heart to my kingdom and to my people."
