I glanced at my phone at our dorm room's study table when it suddenly rang. Ignoring my roommate's questioning look, I picked it up and saw Joshua's name on the caller's ID so I answered without any second thoughts as I headed out of our room.
"Why did you-"
"Av! Was it you?"
My brows furrowed in confusion at his random question, "What about me?"
"Don't pretend like you had no idea! I know it's you who did it!"
"Who's pretending? You suddenly called out of nowhere and asked a question without telling the context first! How would I know what you meant?"

Avianna's Point of View "It's still so early in the morning, Avianna Leondale. What do you want?" My brows furrowed deeply at what Joshua just greeted me as soon as he answered the call.
