"What are you doing here?" I asked in a cold tone as I turned my gaze to Derek, who walked into my room with a cunning smile on his face.

"What do you mean? Why can't I be in the house of my girlfriend?" He asked and sat comfortably on the sofa beside me.

I bit my lower lips angrily and cursed him under my breath.

"I'm not your girlfriend," I said coldly, and he shook his head with a sigh.

"Are you trying to deny me?" He asked calmly, and I scoffed.

He staggered backward and rubbed his hands. My heart skipped in fear as he stood before me at his intimidating height.
