It was as if my eyes had been shrouded by darkness. I couldn’t see or feel anything, but my ears were picking up faint sounds. This was not a normal mind-link. It was as if I’d been transported somewhere else, but I could still feel the presence of Drea and my own mate, so I knew I hadn’t left the room.
