He pulls out the stick, and the break in his skin heals almost immediately. I raise an eyebrow. For a feat that took most of my energy, it did not leave a mere scratch on him.

I'm at a very huge disadvantage, I know, despite my unwavering confidence. Never have I fought a vampire before.
