“BECAUSE you are still half wolf, I will give you a chance to redeem yourself. Tell me where your king is hiding and I will spare your life,” I told the hybrid after I caught him in a pub. I was behind him. My hand was holding down his head on the counter while my other hand was squeezing his arm.

“Even if you kill me, I will not tell you a single word about my king!” he screeched.

“So, you have chosen death. Then your wish is my command,” I told him before I released his hand only to unsheathe my sword. Before he could step out of the door, I had already thrown the sword in his direction. It pierced his chest until he fell on the floor.

When I looked around the pub, the blood of the vampires who were drinking with him earlier was splattered everywhere.
