Chapter 14
Adrien was staring at me while Gabriel still clung to my body. My brother adored my wolf, although they had never had direct contact before. Gabriel also had a wolf, but we hadn't talked yet. As far as I understood, he was embarrassed to talk to anyone other than Gabriel. And I had no idea how he knew about it, but there it was.
Whenever my wolf intervened, for some strange reason, my body was exhausted and without strength.
"Hey," I murmured wearily.
Gabriel released me, gently laying me on the bed. He treated me like I was glass after the words of my wolf. He would become an unbearable controller if I did not make it clear whether human or not, I could kick his ass.
