Larissa's POV

I roused in my sleep, twisting and turning in the unfamiliar bed. Not only was it unfamiliar, it felt stuffy beneath the sheets. They were heavy and pinned my body down to the bed, partially immobilising my legs.

Stretching uncomfortably across the length of the bed, I felt my legs hit something beneath the sheets. I let out an oblivious yawn before rolling over to my sides and fluttering my eyes open. And the sight in front of me was one of most beautiful things I'd seen in my life.

The alpha was lying beside me facing upwards, his eyes flipped shut in deep slumber. Light bounced off his skin like delicious hot chocolate milk, perhaps it was even better that he was still asleep.
