My neck was hot to touch and his mark on my neck was burning agonizingly.

“I want to see them. I don’t want to believe Zane could hurt me.” my voice broke.

“Ems.... it will break you.” Theo tried to stop me from causing myself more pain. But it was hard for me to come into terms with the fact that my mate was cheating on me. And to me, it near to impossible.

I have so much trust in my mate and I can’t just trust Theo’s words without any confirmation.

“I want to see them with my own eyes. I know I sound pathetic but I can’t. I just can’t think that of him” I breathed out in agony.

Tucking some of my emotions away, I wiped whatever tears that had trickled down my face. I stood on my feet with Theo’s help as I wobble following my mate’s fresh grass scent. And it took us upstairs to the Alpha floor.

I wasn’t going to believe that my Zane was cheating on me. I knew Blaze and Zane would never hurt me.

But then again, I was kinda lost. I couldn’t explain the reason for my pain an
