Chapter 12 : Replacement

Though I said I’d think about it and decide, I wasn’t really able to do so. I only managed to replay it a lot of times til my eyes shut on its own. It was almost morning then, so I wasn’t really surprise when I woke up late.

When I opened my eyes and roamed it around, I saw a tray on the table beside my bed. It had a milk, bread and a decent breakfast meal on it. Lilienne probably brought it inside. She probably didn’t wake me up because she knew it had been two executive days that I was waking up early.

That said, I felt pain all over my body. On my back. Arms. Legs. Even on the neck. The exhaustion was gone, but pain replaced it. Almost every part of my body was aching, that I didn’t have the energy to went out of the bed right after.

My hunger aside, I didn’t have anything else that pushed me to move and eat. Remembering what happened the night before was already something that made me lose my appetite. I just didn’t think I could go out and act normal after the incident yesterda
