Daphne Gennings A loud thud woke me up from my slumber. Marcel McClain Alina, Gina and I sat in the courtyard, you know, next to the lake that ran quite peacefully through our backyard. Alina wasn’t as surprised as her sister that I wanted to play chess with her or even volunteered to see her at all. She seems to know the kind of person I am. A sick minded person who plays games.
