“What nonsense are you spouting?” Ethan snarled at the old man who was visibly trembling and pointing with Mila.

“She’s the one at fault here! She had threatened to kill my family and I had no other option than to listen to her.”

Ethan slowly turned his gaze to his sister who was stunned and her eyes wide open.

“You believe that idiot?” She laughed nervously. “If anything I am a very honest person.” She claimed.

“Honest? From the way I see things, you were so keen on sending me away that you must have threatened him to ensure that happened.” I smirked at her.

“You know nothing so you will-“

“Silence!” Ethan’s voice erupted in the room and everyone froze in fear, a chill ran down my spine as he drew a frustrated breath. “It seems I’ve been quite lenient with you all and you think you can do whatever you please? From today henceforth there shall be no court and I shall be the one to judge whatever the case might be.”
